2026 Lift-A-Thon
**Thank you to everyone who sponsored a player this year**
The VHS 5th Downers Organization will be hosting the 3rd annual Lift-A-Thon.
All funds raised will be used to support the 2026 football program.
Each athlete will participate in Squat, Bench press and Deadlift movements.
